The Lakers are showing some incredible value in Game 5. Each of the last three games in this series have all been decided by 3-points or less. It’s all or nothing for the Lakers tonight, as they have to win to keep their season alive. I don’t know if they will be able to pull it off, but I fully expect this game to be decided by less than 8-points.

The most important thing in taking the Lakers, is the fact that they believe they can still win this series. Los Angeles has to feel like this series should be 2-2. They could have easily won each of the last three games.

The thing I really like about the Lakers in this matchup is I expect Los Angeles to really slow down the tempo. In the last game at Oklahoma City, Los Angeles executed a perfect game plan. While they lost 75-77, they EASILY covered the 7.5-point spread. The Lakers only chance of winning this game is to play at that same pace.

You also have to like the fact that Los Angeles is 6-1-1 ATS in their last 8 games following a S.U. loss. BET THE LAKERS!
