The Clippers are extremely fortunate to lead this series 2-1. They pulled off a remarkable 27-point come from behind win in Game 1 and then rallied from a seven-points deficit in the fourth quarter of Game 3. While the Clippers appear to have the edge with Game 4 at the Staples Center, my money is on the Grizzlies to not only cover the spread but win this game outright.

First off, the fact that the oddsmakers set this line so low with the Clippers playing at home and up 2-1 in the series, tells me they aren’t all that confident Los Angeles will win this game.

The Grizzlies are going to come out and lay everything on the line tonight, as they simply can’t afford to go down 3-1 and expect to win the series. While the Clippers have to rely heavily on Blake Griffin and Chris Paul, Memphis has a number of players who they can go to for a basket. The fact that the Grizzlies nearly won Game 3 with just 21 points from their bench is pretty impressive. O.J Mayo had just six points on 1 of 8 shooting after that huge performance in Game 2. I look for Mayo to bounce back and really give the Grizzlies a huge spark offensively tonight.
