I’m backing the Arizona Diamondbacks again Saturday due to their advantage on the mound over the Kansas City Royals. Ian Kennedy is the better starter in this match-up over Bruce Chen of the Royals.

Kennedy has posted a 3.81 ERA and 1.288 WHIP in eight starts this season. Kennedy sports a 2.13 ERA and 1.145 WHIP in four road starts this year as he’s pitched his best when getting away from hitter-friendly Arizona. Remember, he was a 21-game winner last season.
